Export incentives by commerce ministry and CBEC

Glad to know that the MOS for Finance and Commerce is one and same Mrs Nirmala Sitharaman There are large number of disputes in the implementation or extending the incentives announced by DGFT etc on the ground that the Customs Act and procedures are in contra.At lest a total review of all incentives announced can be reviewed and made in lne with the provisions of Customs Act In future the concessions can be announced after consultation and clearence by CBEC and DGFT or commerce ministry Wishing all the best for a new era of cohesive arrangement
