Key Result Areas (work from office at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) -
- Overseeing day to day accounting and work of subordinate.
- Daily management of funds, monthly MIS like budgeting, cash flow, fund flow, debtors aging, creditors aging, profit & loss, balance sheet, fixed asset register maintenance and BRS, receivables follow up.
- Overssing and managing account payable/accounting transactions.
- Mangaing data using advance Tally.
- Payment, TDS/TCS payment, return & online TDS/TCS demand removing & correction filing, GST payment & GSTR1, 3B & GSTR9 Annual return filing.
Qualification
- Commerce Graduate from recognized institution
Experience - 2-6 years

LEGAL EDITOR
Key Result Areas (work from home) -
- Analysis of the fiscal policy, trade policy and the monetary policy.
- Analysis of the judgments and orders of the Supreme Court, various High Courts and the Tribunals on matters primarily pertaining to taxation laws, corporate laws and other financial laws.
- Preparing specialized headnotes of various judicial decisions, strictly based on the style and format developed by TIOL.
- Keeping a constant watch on the changes in the policy, for instance changes in the Foreign Direct Investment Policy, etc., latest legal developments, issue of notifications/Circulars/rules/regulations by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce and Trade, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, etc.
- Contribution to the website by writing well-researched articles/columns/papers on relevant legal and other contemporary issues, from time to time.
Qualification
- Law Graduate from recognized institution

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / CLIENT RELATIONS
Key Result Areas (work from home) -
- Interact with Revenue and Sr. Revenue officials of Government/ taxation managers in the Private Sector on day-to-day basis;
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative market research work
- Calling prospective clients and generate new leads.
- Build and manage a rich database of clients.
- Consulting clients about their requirements;
- Advising clients on how they can make optimal use of our products.
-Ensure timely follow-up for renewal of the services.
- Collect feedback from existing clients on regular basis about our services and provide active support as and when required.
- Set example by accomplishment of tasks assigned to you.
Qualification
- Post Graduate degree in Management (Marketing) and/or other subjects
- Graduate in any discipline

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Key Result Areas (work from home) -
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with teams or clients for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
Qualification -
