Dear Sir,

I think the permissions required to be obtained and given on a yearly basis like -

1) Weighment of scrap outside factory premises should be scrapped. Because under job work challan goods can be sent for any other purpose. Department give such permission on early basis.

2) LUT for export should also be scrapped LUT permission is given on early basis .

3) Permission for clearance of goods from job workers premises such permission is given for a financial year.

4) Storage of inputs outside the factory premises, such permission is given on yearly basis.

5) Storage of non-duty paid goods outside the factory premises, such permission is given on yearly basis.

All these permissions should be scrapped. Assesses can submit the declarations and maintain the records which can be specified by the department.
